Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking Blueprint Cheer’s Competition Judging Services. Please review the following policies before securing your date: Deposits & Payment - A 50% deposit is required to secure your judging date. - The remaining balance is due upon completion of the event or service. - Payment may be made via invoice, Zelle, or another approved payment method. - All invoices include travel expenses (if applicable) such as flight, hotel, and transportation. Scheduling & Availability - Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. - Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. - To ensure adequate preparation, all judging requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event date. Travel & Accommodations - For out-of-state or overnight bookings, travel and lodging costs must be covered by the client. - Flight and hotel details will be communicated once the deposit is received to finalize arrangements. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be rescheduled without penalty. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. - If Blueprint Cheer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Virtual Judging Services - For virtual judging or video evaluation services, full payment must be received before the evaluation is conducted. - Video links and performance materials must be submitted by the agreed-upon deadline. Professional Standards - Blueprint Cheer is committed to providing unbiased, professional, and ethical judging services in alignment with competition standards and organizational guidelines (UIL, UCA, NCA, etc.).
