Service Description

This complimentary 15-minute consultation is the first step. We’ll discuss your team’s goals, program needs, and the services that will best elevate your athletes—whether that’s choreography, camps, or tryout preparation. You’ll also receive details on availability, pricing, and how to officially secure your dates.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text. Because significant time and preparation go into creating customized choreography and planning travel, the following policy applies to all bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit but no additional fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee, which covers time spent on choreography, planning, and preparation. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service date will result in a 75% charge of the total service fee to compensate for time spent choreographing, scheduling, and the loss of the reserved date. If travel has already been booked (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.), the client is responsible for reimbursing any non-refundable travel expenses incurred. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in full payment of the total service fee. This
